Refunds and returns policy

We fully appreciate that customer buy the wrong product sometimes. If this is the case, simply return the unused goods to us within 14 days, with original receipts, undamaged and with all labels attached, and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.
An Important thing to remember is that a Jacket is no longer in perfect resalable condition once it has been worn outside.
Faulty goods must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase accompanied by the original receipts.
In order to obtain a full refund, our policy requires the customer to produce an itemised receipt from the original transaction. Refunds done via credit or debit card must be returned to only the card used for the purchase.
We do however have to point out that there are a few items that unfortunately can not be returned, this is either due to hygiene or health and safety reasons.

Please see the section below highlighting items that can't be returned if they are faulty.

This includes items that have been used, soiled or damaged through misuse, including external factors such as chemical components, weather, general wear and tear and accidents.
Misuse of products include items used for a purpose other than that intended, as well as items not cared for.
For items that prove faulty within 30 days of purchase, we will offer a full refund, exchange it or issue you a credit note.
In certain circumstances, we may need to send your faulty item to the manufacturer for more detailed inspection.
To simplify the process, we will require our customers to please ensure that the product is dry and free of dirt.

Please bear in mind when making a purchase that we are unable to accept returns of the items listed below :

* Safety equipment
* Swimwear and underwear, where hygiene protection has been removed.
* All gas cylinders and gas cartridges.
* Consumables, such as food and batteries.
